Today was a typical sunny Saturday in Sabah.
Woke up at early at 6a.m due to the annoying lab report, ok we can skip that part!
Wanted to eat ice-cream since the whether was super sunny and hot!
And so dear and I went to One Borneo Hypermall right after dear came back from the library to spend some times.
Didn't do much shopping as I over-spent the money, better save the money for some other usages...>.<
So this is the MCD Choco Top Sundae Cone that I get in the shopping mall.
I like when the chocolate melts in my mouth.
So dear and I were thinking to make a chicken chop to celebrate dear's 21st birthday, yaya I know his birthday was on the 11th and now it's 4 days after, but guess what, I couldn't find other reasons to have fun with, plus we did argue a little on that day.
Okay we need a practice before making the chicken chop and so we went and bought some ingredients without surfing information from the internet!LOL.
I was over-excited to try something new and fun, wanted to buy anything but I don't have any recipe :-(
Spotted carrot and cabbage, having a salad in the dish would be nice, of course mayonis is a must!
We were playing around with the carrot to get a nice decoration. HEHE
We wanted to make Garlic Grilled Chicken Chop so this is the main ingredient!

The marinated chicken chop was actually not bad, It just that the paste tasted...Ahermmm...
